What goes well with an Austrian Linz tart?
A fresh, sensuous wine. For example, the semi-sweet Doral from Domaine de la Dolle in La Côte (Vaud). A cross between Chasselas and Chardonnay, the grape variety Doral offers the minerality of the first and the fruitiness of the second. The slight residual sugar is wonderfully balanced by the acidity and combines perfectly with this rich, aromatic dessert.
