For all who like Pinot Noir wines (from the French-speaking part of Switzerland): This Réserve Pinot Noir includes everything that makes it a typical representative of the grape variety: fresh red fruits, acidity, minerality and fine notes from barrel ageing. With this wine, you can discover the quality of excellent Pinot Noirs from the Neuchâtel region. Vinified in a Burgundy style, the Réserve Pinot Noir from Domaine Sainte-Sébaste has a dense texture and a good ageing potential.

For all who do not like Pinot Noir wines (from the French-speaking part of Switzerland):  The neighbourhood and common history of Neuchâtel and France have definitely influenced the local winemaking practices. Thanks to the mild climate of Neuchâtel, the best Pinot Noirs in this appellation offer a high degree of maturity and fruit concentration and are among the top Swiss Pinot Noirs.

When to drink: Still very young, the Domaine Saint-Sébaste Réserve Pinot Noir surprises with a frank acidity that makes your mouth water! If you like the freshness of younger wines, drink it now, if you are looking for more character, keep it in the cellar for 3 to 5 years.

Food pairing: It goes well with a piece of nice red meat on a morel sauce, with Japanese meat fondue "Shabu Shabu", with chicken or with a platter of cold meats.
